Custom Multishop Operations Platform

Challenge

Independent stores duplicated catalogue work and produced fragmented orders, sync failures, and customer-risk signals.

My role

I designed and developed the central back office, API connector model, catalogue workflows, order normalisation, and operational review queues.

Solution

Authenticated shop connections, a central product master, selective distribution, bidirectional sync, rule-based validation, network-wide risk intelligence, and searchable audit events were brought together.

Result

Operators can control multiple stores from one traceable workflow, identify exceptions earlier, and reduce repetitive catalogue and order work.
