BeautyBook – Booking Platform and Mobile Apps

Challenge

A beauty business needed more than a calendar: every appointment had to coordinate services, specialists, branches, capacity, customers, notifications, and reporting.

My role

I designed the product architecture and implemented the connected customer, staff, and administrative workflows across web and mobile.

Solution

I built real-time availability logic, customer booking, operational calendars, profiles, reminders, reporting, and Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

Result

The result is one coherent operating platform serving customers, staff, and branch managers instead of a collection of disconnected tools.
