Intelligent Subscription Operations Platform

Challenge

A recurring bin-cleaning service had to coordinate external collection calendars, customer plans, payments, planning conflicts, routes, field work, and lifecycle communication.

My role

I designed and built the end-to-end product, including booking logic, external-calendar processing, subscription lifecycle, payment orchestration, planning, field tools, and automation.

Solution

Municipal calendars are normalised by area and waste type; viable service dates are calculated automatically. Stripe, SEPA, PayPal, routes, attention queues, field views, marketing automation, quotes, and finance controls run in one system.

Result

Every booking cycle becomes an executable and traceable operation, reducing manual planning while keeping customers and field teams informed.
