I develop practical AI tools that fit into real business processes instead of operating as isolated demos. The solution can be a standalone application or a securely integrated capability inside an existing CRM, ERP, webshop, CMS, customer portal, SaaS product, or internal administration system.
AI solutions I develop
- AI assistants and copilots – Customer-service, sales, internal knowledge, onboarding, and operations assistants that work with approved company data.
- Document and data analysis – Extraction, classification, comparison, summarisation, validation, and structured processing of PDFs, emails, contracts, forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge search and RAG systems – Permission-aware semantic search and question answering across internal documents, product catalogues, policies, support material, and databases.
- AI workflow automation – Multi-step workflows that receive information, make controlled decisions, call APIs, update systems, generate documents, and hand uncertain cases to a person.
- Content and communication workflows – Drafting, translation, categorisation, enrichment, moderation, personalised messaging, and quality checks with human approval where needed.
- Prediction, scoring, and anomaly detection – Lead qualification, trend analysis, risk signals, data-quality checks, and decision-support dashboards.
- Voice and conversational interfaces – Chat and voice-based interfaces connected to booking, support, search, or internal workflows.
- Existing-system integration – Secure connection with Laravel, WordPress, WooCommerce, TYPO3, Shopware, CRM, ERP, payment, logistics, and custom APIs.
From prototype to production
I help define the use case, choose the right model and architecture, prepare the data flow, build the interface and integrations, and operate the finished solution. The implementation can use OpenAI and other suitable model providers without locking the core business workflow to one vendor.
Security and operational control
Production AI requires more than a prompt. I design access control, data minimisation, audit logs, cost and usage limits, evaluation, monitoring, fallbacks, and human approval points into the system. This keeps the solution measurable, maintainable, and appropriate for business-critical use.
